Here is a step-by-step instruction on how to create and approve projects for students to upload at the end of each semester.
You pre-create the project for your students, which they then fill out with the necessary information and images. After that, the project still has to be approved by you.
Go to https://designart.unibz.it/admin and click on the “LOGIN” Button.

Use your University Account, the one you also use to access your E-mails, Teams, etc. and log in
Click on the Course section, where all the existing courses are listed. Then click on “ADD COURSE” to add your course.
Insert the title of your course and click on “CREATE”.
On the following site, fill in the following information:
Description
Image
Course type
Semester
Students
<aside> 💡 Please remember that you must manually add each student to your course.

Keywords
<aside> 💡 Keywords are managed centrally; if you would like to add a new one, please write to [email protected] for it to be included.

On the bottom of the page, when clicking on the three dots “…” you have the option to either create a project for each student, create grouped student projects, or invite other lecturers of the course.
<aside> 💡 If you have a course with only one-student-per-project, create a project for each student. If you have a course with only or some group projects, create grouped student projects.

Click on “SAVE” in order to save the course. Projects will be created automatically for all the students added to the course.
You will be notified via e-mail when a student submits their project.

Review your student’s projects and judge whether to show them in the public showcase by ticking the “SHOW THIS PROJECT IN THE PUBLIC SHOWCASE” button.
Click on “PUBLISH” to approve the project. If you need students to make additional changes click on “ALLOW STUDENT EDITING”.
