Here is a step-by-step instruction on creating projects for the new showcase website. Projects need to be uploaded correctly in order to pass the exam.

Projects are pre-created for you by your lecturer. After logging in, the projects to be uploaded by you are shown.

1. Log-in https://designart.unibz.it/admin

   <aside> 💡 The Login button is at the bottom of the page

   1. Use your University Account, the one you also use to access your E-mails, Teams, etc. and log-in

      

2. Select one of the projects available for you.

   

3. Choose the consent you want to allow and click on “ACCEPT & CONTINUE”

   

4. You will see a form to fill in all your project information.

   <aside> ⚠️ Please write all content in English if possible.

   Question

   <aside> 💡 Remember that the question is the first thing people see about your project. Make it intriguing and related to the topic of your project.

   Keywords

   <aside> 💡 Keywords are chosen by the professors, which is why you have a limited section available.

   Cover Image

   <aside> 💡 Add an Image representing your project the best. You can add more images later.

   </aside>

   Description → Define max. characters

   <aside> 💡 Describe your project

5. Select the media elements you need and click “ADD” to upload the appropriate media.

   <aside> 💡 The media should provide a hint about your project and help the viewer understand the process and the final outcome.

   Available Media Elements

   Image A single-image element

   Slideshow A set of images shown as a slideshow or one below each other

   Links Add reference links to your project

   Additional Text Add a paragraph if necessary

   Video Add a Vimeo video

6. Once you have added all your material, click on “SUBMIT” and add a comment for the professor to review. They will be notified via e-mail.

7. The professors will review your project. If they have any remarks, you will be notified via e-mail

8. If everything is ok and the project has been uploaded, you will also be notified via e-mail.

<aside> ⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: Uploading your project does not automatically mean that it will be shown on the public showcase. The professors decide which of the uploaded projects are going to be shown publicly. That is the way the showcase works and the reason why you might not see your project on the site, even though you uploaded it.
